This potato is excellent baked in a Dutch Oven.Certainly my favourite.It takes a bit of a change in mindset to get use to the colour. It has a dense structure and is almost brittle when cutting raw.The purple colour remains after cooking.There are about forty plants in my garden. A typical weight from one plant is usually under three pounds.They require a long season to reach full maturity.They store well.
