Three pounds of Kale was made into four litres of juice along with some collards and swiss chard.It is widely recognized as an incredibly nutritious vegetable. Kale is a cool weather plant. Mine has just started to produce now planted about the 15 August from large plants in pots.Annotated pictures depict the juicing process.
