Pilot bread was made using whole grain wheat flour,quinoa,poppy seed, pumpkin juice.Then kneaded and made into patties and cooked at 375F for thirty minutes, then flipped over and baked again for thirty minutes. It will keep at room temperature for long periods depending upon the moisture present.To soften for ingesting a minute in a microwave softens to about the texture of a commercial bagel.It may be softened by steaming or dipping in a liquid.
