Method of cooking dried beans. A litre of dried beans are prepared in the following manner. Washed, boiled for about 25 minutes,rinsed,made into a slurry, some black-strap molasses added, gently boiled to remove all air, properly pressure canned for long term storage at room temperature.Pictures depict the process.
