I grow two types of kale. Apparently this is a most nutritious green. It must mature in the cool Spring weather or in the Fall. Last year a Fall crop was utilized. Four plants were purchased, and will be set in separate pots and grown indoors for about ten days to establish strong roots, then planted in the outdoor garden.This establishes strong, vigorous plants.
