Dames Rocket (Hesperis matronalis) is a non-native wild flower which comes in white and mauve. Its pleasant odour permeates a large area at this time of year. It is considered invasive. The difference between Dames Rocket and Phlox is: Dames Rocket flower has four petals and Phlox has five.
