There are three bush berry plants in the garden, Black Currant, American Gooseberry, and European Gooseberry.The black currant berries are small and time consuming to pick.The American Gooseberry are large like small marbles, and the American Gooseberry are smaller but relatively easy to pick. Thirty pounds were picked from the three bushes and made into 21 litres of juice, and pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage. Pictures depict the process.
