Not liking roasted pumpkin seeds and wishing to utilize the inside of the seed pods a method of utilizing was devised. The seeds were cooked in a double boiler to prevent burning, liquid was removed in the food mill. The seeds were then put through the Champion Juicer to separate the seed husks from the pulp.The pulp is kept in the refrigerator for a few says until used up.The pulp may be eaten as is, or put on the morning cereal as required.The rest of the pumpkin will be made into juice.
