Two pumpkins weighing total about 35 pounds were processed into 21 litres of juice.The pumpkins had seeds removed, were cut into small pieces, cooked until soft, beat into a slurry and placed in litre jars for pressure canning at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.No straining was necessary, since there is no gross fibre in pumpkins.Pictures depict the process.
