Pak Choy

Nine plants of Pak Choy were placed in the outdoor garden. These plants were grown from seed in the greenhouse. Flea beetles attack the leaves so some spraying is mandatory, soap and neem oil appears to help. The plants makes a nice tasting stir fry with a sprinkle of soy sauce. I utilize most for making juice.
