Viking Potato

One Viking potato was dug for supper. The vegetation has died off and they are fully mature.The potatoes were a good size and total weight was 3 pounds, which is reasonable. My typical weight per plant is from 2 to 8 pounds and anything above four pounds is considered a good harvest. The seed potato is marked with stakes when planting to determine the center of growth to facilitate harvest.
