There were about 15 liters of ripe, fresh tomatoes in the garden, which were made into tomato juice. Twelve liters of juice was produced.

The pictures depict the procedure, which is: Wash, cut into fours, boil gently, and make into a mash. Strain twice and put all the strained pulp through the juicer. Place in liter containers and Pressure Can at 12 PSI for approximately 20 minutes. A liter of raw tomatoes makes about one liter of juice. No water was added and the final product is pure tomato juice.
