Forty five pounds of tomatoes were picked and about 40 pounds was made into 14 liters of tomato juice. Only a liter of water was added to the cooking pot to facilitate cooking, so the end product is essentially pure tomato juice. The juice was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage. Pictures depict the process.
