Soup was made from my preserved material. The liquid is three liters of juiced; corn, tomato, and, eggplant/celery. The other ingredients are dehydrated vegetables. A fresh garlic bulb and some baked potato and onion. Some gluten/soy balls were made to add some starch. A tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of mixed spices was added for flavor.The ingredients were simmered in a double boiler for an hour. A serving bowl makes a complete rounded meal. The dehydrated,powdered material makes perfect convenient ingredients.
