Tempeh is a complete protein. It is easy to make in the home. There are several stages. 1.Boil about one liter of soy beans. Cool and remove the skins. 2.Pressure cook for one hour. 3.Cool and mix the starter. Place in molds. 4. Place in a fermenter for 30 hours. DONE.
