The garden tomatoes were watered. Each plant root was given a pailful of rain water. Th water was collected in two 45 gallon barrels from the house roof. Transport was by wheelbarrow with a milk crate used as a baffle to reduce wave motion when moving the wheelbarrow. Roots are watered seldom use area watering.
