The current garden vegetables available at this time are potatoes, edible pod peas and kale. Usually vegetables are steam cooked or baked. The steamer is an insert placed in a pot with water added not touching the contents. A Dutch oven is used for baking. The vein was removed from the kale, since it can be tough. The potatoes cook at 400F for an hour, maybe longer if the potato is large.
