Dehydrating liquids is a major issue since the dried product sticks to the drying tray. I have experimented with the various commercial solutions to the problems and all are useless. My solution is: Lightly grease a 10 by 14 Teflon cookie sheet with olive oil. Pout a relatively thin layer of the product on the tray and make an even thickness. This is about 300 ml or slightly more than a cup. One batch is about 3 liters of finished product. I have nine tray spaces in my Excalibur dehydrator.The finished product is made into a powder and stored in enclosed containers or vacuum packed.
