Another batch of tempeh was made, about ten days supply for one person.. Fermentation was 30 hour at 31C. Excess beans were fermented in a ziplock bag.I have only three metal molds.

New batch of tempeh fermented about 35 hours. Excellent. Picture focus on removing the skins of the soy beans. The same technique can be used for chick peas. Boil for 25 minutes then rub the skins off.
