All hard neck garlic from bulbils. Something new this year. The garlic bulbs are left in the ground until the bulbils are fully mature. I have found the bulbs break open if allowed to mature meaning the enclosing skin is broken. The bulbs keep well and the cloves get larger than harvesting sooner. I don’t utilize the scapes for eating.
