22 February 2021 Tempeh Chickpea

Tempeh Chickpea. Fermented 40 hours. Method boil for 45 minutes,rub together and pour off hulls, do this about five times to rid shells. Boil for 2.5 hour to soften peas, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, drain well. Add half a teaspoon of tempeh starter all at room temperature. Mix well, Place in cotton lined molds. Place in fermenter for 40 hours, set at 31C. Result will be perfect tempeh.
