Tomato support built from 8 foot rebar and tied with plastic ties. Each upright supports one plant total of 21. The holes for the 8 foot rebar is dug with an half inch chuck about 2 feet deep. The structure is the uprights about four feet apart and a cross piece . Th plants are supported by string overhead ties to the rebar. I only remove suckers that are crowding, so basically the plants are free growing Typical year I get 250 to 500 pounds, which I make into pressure canned juice plus table slicing during the summer.
