Harvest 2021. Conventional row was harvested and placed in shed to dry. The will be compared to the next row in about a month to determine any difference. The other row still has scrapes. This row has the scapes removed.
I speculate that left alone garlic cloves gets larger with scapes left on, and keep as well, when the bulbs swell and break the skin. Broken skin does not reduce storage time. This is an experiment.
