Five garden vegetables were made into 12 liter jars of pressure canned juice at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. The vegetables are carrots tops and bottoms, beets tops and bottoms, green peppers, kale, Brussel sprouts. Pictures depict the highlights of the process. The selected vegetables are not juicy so water was add to make drinkable.
