Planting Onion bulbs

http://www.durgan.org/URL/?GLSDF 11 April 2011 Planting Onion bulbs

A row of two types of onions were planted. (Spanish and Yellow) Spacing in row is about six inches and bulb depth is just below the surface. Onions can take some cold weather and thrive. The row marker string is a self winding clothesline. My row spacing is about 18 inches. When the onion growth is thriving, the area will be mulched with wood chips to retain moisture.
