Apple and strawberry were made into juice. It is a convenient method of utilizing any extra strawberries. Both were covered with water and cooked for about 20 minutes until soft, then beat into a slurry and strained. The juice, not for immediate use, was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.
