Beets, Red leaf Romaine lettuce, Basil, Celery, Parsley, Swiss Chard, Collards, and Pak Choy all fresh picked from the garden were made into juice and pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage at room temperature. You will not find this in a supermarket or in the Canadian Food Guide. Clear annotated pictures depict the process.
