Garlic should be crushed and allowed to sit for at lest 15 minutes before using. If processing more than a few cloves this can be a tedious endeavor. Using a tortilla press and OXO Chopper a large quantity of garlic can be processed with a reasonable effort. Annotated picture depict the process.
