Five broccoli plants from the garden were made into 10 litres of pressure canned juice. Pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for off season storage. The Broccoli plants were perfect.
Method: Wash, cut into small pieces, add enough water to enable drinking,Cook and beat into a slurry with the hand blender.Put through 2 mm mesh strainer. The output of the strainer was put through a Champion Juicer to get most nutrients.This output was mixed with the strainer juice. Total was about 8 pounds made into 10 liters of juice.
