Twenty pounds of tomatoes were made into juice with three beets to enhance colour and celery for flavour enhancement. No water or additives were incorporated.Eightlitres of product was obtained. The product was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes.All the produce was from the garden.Take back your food supply! Annotated photographs depict the process.
