Vegetable Juice (3 August 2013)

Some vegetables were made into seven litres of juice. Cucumber, tomato, carrot,green beans. Downy mildew is affecting the cucumber patch due to much rain over the last three weeks, encouraging growth due to wet foliage.One patch planted later is not affected.The juice was pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for storage.
