One plant of the Russian blue Potatoes was dug to have some baby potatoes. The plant just came into blossom which is an indicator that some small potatoes are forming. There were enough potatoes for serving about two people. The offering was baked in a Dutch oven at 400F for 30 minutes, and ingested with a bit of butter. This was the first potatoes of the season.
