Garlic Harvest

Fifty porcelain hard neck garlic and thirty five Music hard neck garlic was harvested. The porcelain is my own stock used year after year. The bulbs averaged about 300 grams in weight. Two bulbs of each type were left in the ground to produce seeds.The scapes were allowed to grow until harvest then discarded. I found leaving the scapes on makes for larger bulbs on average.The bulbs were hung in the shed for initial curing, drying.
