Dinner. Garlic bulb, mixed juice, slice of sprouted whole wheat bread, bowl of powdered vegetable soup mixed with previously cooked mixed dried beans and garlic added,a hard boiled egg.
The garlic bulb was crushed and allowed to activate enzymes for about 15 minutes and fried to ameliorate the sting somewhat. The mixed beans were previously pressure cooked and kept in the refrigerator. The juice was a mixture of tomato, concord grape, pear, and mixed vegetable. The mung beans were sprouted.
