Fermented 40 hours at 31C.
Rinse in pot in of water, place in pot of boiling water, when gently boiling cook for about 4 minutes stirring to prevent coagulation. Add two teaspoons of vinegar (optional). Rinse in colander and cool to room temperature. Add teaspoon of tempeh starter, stir well. Place in your molds and place in fermenter set at 31C for 40 hours. Wrap in clear wrap and freeze until required. Each cake is about six servicings of about 70 grams.
