Vegetable Juice

Six vegetables were processed into ten litres of juice. Ingredients were 20 pounds of lemon boy tomatoes,celery, beets, basil, kale, Walla Walla onion.The jars were pressure canned at 15 PSI for 15 minutes for long term storage. Pictures depict the process.
