This is an experiment to determine the feasibility for dehydrating and storing this high protein product for emergency food at room temperature.As to nutritional value I have no method of determining, but suppose it is still reasonable. Dehydration was about 8 hours at 45C. Each slice is between 50 and 80 grams.
